• Program credits can be used to pay for camp. In order to use your cookie or nut credit:

    1. Register for camp; pay full fee.

    2. During camp week (Mon-Thurs) a google form will be available for you to fill out with your program credit details.

    3. Once we have received the program credit information, the credit will be validated through the Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington and then applied toward your registration fee. A check for the cookie credit amount will be mailed to you once this process has been completed.

      Please note – this process could take 3-4 months; depending on our ability to validate the credit. Checks are usually mailed by September.
